The end 2 end process was seemless. Not only is he a gentleman, he made the process so easy and stress free! I travelled last night from Cork to Dublin. He was very flexible to meet at a time that suited me at his dealership. We completed the transaction, and as both bank with AIB, the money was immediately in my account once he transferred! You can't get better than that! As he says himself, he may not win them all but I was more than happy with the price and the great customer service received. This maybe a good option for others who are taking new deliveries in the coming weeks/months ....

He gave excellent advice on which model to choose and luckily he just happened to have in his showroom our dream spec model Y - a black exterior on white and black interior Performance model with 21” Uberturbine wheels. We said yeah! He kept us well informed throughout the entire buying process despite a few snags (being a recently landed Canadian expat to Dublin) and the transaction overall went very smoothly. The car pick up day was a glorious event and we drove off thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of Grahams service, and the top spec’d Performance Y has been utterly amazing to drive. I recently purchased an M BMW from Graham. I would not normally write a review based on customer experience but, in this case, the quality of after sales customer service in particular warrants this note. Graham is a genuine and enthusiastic dealer, and the experience pre-sale was honest and forthright, without being pushy. A few days after my purchase, I experienced an issue with the car (which turned out to be completely my fault) on a Friday evening, and Graham, along with two of his technicians, dropped their Friday night plans and immediately came over to resolve the issue. Graham was there until 1030pm, and again first thing Saturday morning, and saw to it that the problem was resolved and fully diagnosed. I can honestly say that this type of customer service would not be provided by any other dealer (including main dealers) anywhere in the country. Kudos to Graham!

I can highly recommend Graham Walker Cars, the experience from my first call to Graham, to being shown the vehicle, and subsequently taking delivery was managed professionally and courteously and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I purchased a very low mileage exceptionally clean Mercedes CLA from GWC in January 2020. Graham was very accommodating in allowing me view and test drive drive the vehicle after hours. As it was dark he spent time showing me the car inside out while inside his showroom, and then encouraged me to take it for a drive around the local area. The car was in excellent condition and looked like new. The team at GWC had it prepared, serviced and ready to go when I collected it a few days later, with even a good amount of fuel in the tank. The service I received exceeded my expectation, the vehicle was in top condition, and so GWC will be my first stop next time I am looking to change my car.
